Mr. DeVille has demonstrated his expertise in the development of mentoring, training and process improvement programs over the past decade. As a Senior Executive for Beech Street Corporation, he has led the sales, service, network development and operational functions of that company. The success of his programs have been clearly demonstrated by documented results. Under his guidance and mentoring, the organization experienced measurable increases in revenue, client satisfaction, and efficiency. His expertise in the development of hiring, training, educating and mentoring programs has led his peers to refer to him as the "culture guru", for the 300+ employees reporting through his departments.
Prior to joining Beech Street, he held management positions at Health Partners Health Plans Inc, an organization based in Arizona. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience from the corporate perspective.
Mr. DeVille began his career as a high school teacher and coach. His educational background and abilities have contributed to his consistent success in training and motivating staff at all levels of the organization. He has developed quality progams that focus on personal accountability, cross functional problem solving and team building. Using these progams, he has led organizations to increase revenue growth, client satisfaction and management strength. |

• MOTIVATIONAL: Three Days Til Monday is designed to bring consultant and training services to Individuals and Corporations looking for a back to the basics approach for Supervisors and Managers. The motivational and educational programs will bring a common sense method of leading teams to accomplish maximum production, collaborative culture, relationship building, leadership style, issue resolution, realistic metrics, accountability and finding a balance between business and personal priorities.
• MASTERING PRESENTATION SKILLS A second phase of training will consist of Presentation training to individuals beyond Toast Master type of speaking and deal with refining the skills necessary to succeed with group presentations. This program would be most beneficial for Client Service and Sales teams of larger companies with high growth potential and new or inexperienced sales teams. |
